Bravo Legal in Fuengirola: Our History
Bravo Legal in Fuengirola has been operating as a limited company since May 1996, although its members have been working together since 1991.
The firm’s founder, Mario Bravo, opened his first office in Fuengirola in 1988. Since 1992, our headquarters have been located at Calle Córdoba, Number 9, in the centre of Fuengirola, from where we advise clients throughout the Costa del Sol and other areas of Spain.
Property, Inheritance and Tax Advice on the Costa del Sol
A substantial part of our work is focused on Spanish property law. We regularly assist international clients buying and selling property on the Costa del Sol, from the initial legal checks and preparation of contracts through to completion before the Notary. We also have extensive experience in Spanish inheritance and probate matters, Wills and the management of Communities of Property Owners.
Our legal practice is complemented by tax, accounting and labour advisory services, which have formed part of Bravo Legal’s activity since its early years.
