Spanish Wills

With over 30 years of experience, we have established ourselves as specialists in drafting and arranging Spanish Wills for foreign clients with assets in Spain.

Our service for making a Will in Spain is fully comprehensive and transparent. The total cost includes all professional fees, Notary costs, and applicable VAT, amounting to 400,00 Euros. This all-inclusive Spanish Will service ensures you understand the full cost of making a Will in Spain from the outset, with no hidden charges.

For couples making Spanish Wills, each person must execute their own Will. When both partners attend the Notary together, the total cost for both Wills in Spain is 600,00 Euros.

Please note that the prices quoted are your final all-inclusive costs for a Spanish Will: legal advice, drafting of your Will in Spain, acting as interpreter at the Notary, Notary fees, and VAT. There are no hidden costs.

Your Spanish Will is prepared in bilingual format (Spanish and English). The original Will is kept by the Notary in Spain, and a copy is registered with the Central Registry of Wills in Madrid. We will provide you with both printed and electronic copies of your Will in Spain, and we can also retain a copy in our files if required.

If you would like to arrange your Spanish Will, please complete the online form with your personal details and instructions regarding your beneficiaries. We will then prepare a draft of your Will in Spain. Once approved, we will arrange an appointment with the Notary where your Spanish Will will be signed, with us acting as your interpreters.
