E-mail from the Andalusian Tourist Board

The Andalusia Tourism board has started to send e-mails to everyone who has registered their property as holiday home,  asking to fill out a very basic form. The way to respond to this compulsory “poll” is by clicking the link that you will find in that email. That will take you to a very basic on-line form, consisting of just three questions:

NOMBRE (NAME): This is the address of the property.

TIPOLOGIA (TYPE OF HOLIDAY HOME):  It should be Vivienda con Fines Turisticos (VFT).

PLAZAS (NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS) the maximum number of occupants, as stated on the registry application form.

Normally, the details will already show correctly on the form, so you only have to click on CONFIRMAR (CONFIRM), and then ENVIAR (SUBMIT).

If there is anything wrong or incomplete (as may be the case for the NAME, which normally appears incomplete on the form), you must click on ACTUALIZAR (UPDATE) and then introduce the right information in the appropriate boxes. Although it is in Spanish, it is very straight forward, just by knowing the meaning of CONFIRMAR (CONFIRM, when everything is ok) and ACTUALIZAR (UPDATE when a modification is needed).
